UnJum helps you unjumble the family.
A private, AI-assisted family memory system. Capture meals, moments, trips, health notes, and everyday chaos in one place—then let UnJum connect the dots.
Motto: “Unjumble the family.”
Built for real families first. No ad-tech, no data resale, no dark patterns.
What is UnJum?
UnJum is a digital “family brain” that organizes the messy mix of life—meals, moods, trips, health notes, media, random memories—into structured, searchable, and explainable data.
One place for everything
Instead of a dozen apps, spreadsheets, and notes, UnJum stores your family information in a clean, flexible structure, designed to grow with you over time.
AI that actually knows your family
Ask questions like “What was our favorite trip last year?” or “Which foods correlate with bad sleep?” and let UnJum pull from your real history—not generic internet guesses.
Your data stays yours
UnJum is architected around private storage, strict family boundaries, and transparency. No ads, no selling your family story to anyone.
How UnJum works
Under the hood, UnJum combines a flexible data model with AI agents that act like different parts of a brain—each specialized, all coordinated.
The “Vault → Chest → Scroll → Scribble” model
UnJum uses a simple metaphor to stay organized:
- Vaults – high-level areas of life (Health, Food, Trips, Projects).
- Chests – sub-areas inside each vault.
- Scrolls – templates for a type of record (Books, Meals, Sleep, Activities).
- Scribbles – the actual entries you add day to day.
AI as your “family cortex”
Specialized AI agents handle different jobs—file organizing, meal tracking, trip memories—while a central “cortex” agent keeps the big picture, enforces boundaries, and learns how to help better over time.
Privacy, safety, and philosophy
UnJum is intentionally opinionated about how family data should be handled.
Family first
Families, not advertisers, are the customer. Features are chosen around long-term usefulness and clarity, not engagement metrics or growth hacks.
Explainable AI
When UnJum suggests connections—like a link between sleep and certain foods— it’s based on your own data and can be inspected, not a black box horoscope.
Data boundaries
Each family’s data is isolated by design. Future multi-family features (if any) will be opt-in, transparent, and carefully limited.
Project status
UnJum is currently under active development as a real family tool, not a pitch deck.
What exists today
- Core data model running on Postgres / Supabase.
- AI agents coordinating through background workflows and automations.
- Early UI prototypes for entering books, trips, meals, and activities.
